Return & Exchange Policy for Accessories
Accessories purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a quality issue.

  • Before shipment: You may cancel your order at any time.

  • After shipment: Returns or exchanges are only accepted for products with quality issues.

❌ Non-Qualifying Conditions for Return or Refund

  • Delivery occurred more than 14 days ago (based on tracking records).

  • Packaging has been opened, assembled, used, or the original packaging is missing.

  • Product has minor scratches or stains.

  • Electric bike size is unsuitable (Recommended height ranges are for reference only and do not constitute a valid reason for return).


📦 Additional Information & Return Process

Important Notes:

  • 15% shipping fee will be deducted from the refund to cover return processing costs.

  • You must contact our support@tifgalopbike.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization before returning any product.

  • Authorized returns must be shipped within 10 days of approval.

  • Unauthorized returns will be rejected, and all associated shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • If returned products are damaged due to improper handling/shipping, corresponding fees will be deducted from your refund based on the extent of the damage.

Return Process

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email stating which products you wish to return.

  2. Provide supporting images/videos showing: unopened packaging, unassembled product, and no stains/watermarks on the package surface. Wait for customer service approval.

  3. After approval, provide a traceable return tracking number and ship the package within 10 days.

  4. After the warehouse receives and inspects the item, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
