Please note that this warranty only applies to orders placed through Tifgalop's official website. If you purchased your product from other platforms (such as Amazon, eBay, etc.), please contact the seller or customer service of the corresponding platform for after-sales support.

1. Warranty Periods at a Glance

 
 
Hassle-Free Returns 14 Days Full refund for undamaged and unused products upon return.Please refer to the Returns and Exchanges page for details.
Core Components 1 Year Covers the Battery, Motor, and Controller. The warranty period for replacements is based on the original purchase date.
Non-Core Parts & Accessories 4 Months Covers parts like the display, voltage lock, switches, frame, handlebars, lights, turn signals, tires, etc.
Free Gift Items 3 Days Only covers severe damage or loss reported within 3 days of delivery. Minor scratches are not covered.

2. What is NOT Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on surfaces, worn brake pads).

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse (e.g., stunts, racing), or neglect.

  • Damage from improper storage, exposure to liquids, or corrosion.

  • Damage from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use of non-Tifgalop parts.

  • Products with removed, defaced, or illegible serial numbers/barcodes.

  • Damage from external causes like theft, collision, fire, flood, or natural disasters.

Used Product? Yes Only if: 1. The original 1-year warranty period has not expired. 2. You can provide the original owner's name and order number.
Product was Stolen? No The warranty does not cover theft. We highly recommend using a high-quality lock to secure your product.

4. How to Claim Warranty or Service

  • Contact: Email our support team at support@tifgalopbike.com.

  • Provide:

    • Your proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

    • Clear photos or videos of the damaged product and/or part.

    • A brief description of the issue.

    • Provide video evidence of damaged accessories
  • Shipping Damage: You must report any damage from transit within 7 days of receiving the product. Claims made after 7 days will not be accepted.

5.After-sales terms for purchased accessories: If there is any problem or failure within 7 days after the accessories are signed and received, please provide pictures or videos, and  order number,contact the after-sales email
