1. Fees and Destinations

Shipping Fee: Free Shipping
Courier: Tifgalop utilizes FedEx courier services for product delivery.
Shipping Time: Order processing takes 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 2–8 business days.
*Note:
(1) We currently do not support shipping to non-contiguous U.S. regions (such as Alaska, Hawaii, etc.).
(2) The listed selling prices include Value Added Tax (VAT).
(3) Customers are not required to pay any import duties.
2. Delivery Dates
Conditions permitting, we will ship your order within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, our system will send a shipping confirmation notification to your email address. In cases involving third-party freight forwarding services, we are unable to provide additional delivery information or supporting documentation. All estimated delivery dates provided by Tifgalop.net are strictly estimates. If a customer makes any changes to an order after it has shipped—including, but not limited to, changing the delivery address, rescheduling delivery times, or updating delivery preferences—the customer will automatically forfeit their right to request an exchange and/or refund should any subsequent delivery issues arise.
3. Changing Delivery Addresses
You may contact us to change your delivery address before your order has shipped. Once the package has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. Please ensure that you carefully verify the accuracy of your delivery address when placing your order.
4. Order Tracking
If you have registered an account at www.tifgalop.net, you can log in to check your order status, shipping progress, and processing updates. If you have not registered on our website, you can track your order using your courier tracking number. For further delivery-related inquiries, please send an email to support@tifgalopbike.com; we will respond within 24 hours.
5. Lost Packages
Tifgalop assumes responsibility for the delivery of your order. If a package is temporarily delayed during transit due to unforeseen circumstances, this is classified as a "delivery anomaly." Even with the use of the most reliable e-commerce tracking systems, packages may still encounter various unexpected issues during transit. If your order tracking information remains unchanged for three consecutive days or longer, we kindly ask for your patience while awaiting the delivery of your package. Tifgalop will continue to monitor the situation and actively coordinate the handling of this matter on your behalf. If you have not received your order three weeks after receiving the shipping confirmation email, the package will be deemed lost in transit. Tifgalop will bear the loss and provide you with a full refund.
