1. What is your shipping policy?
Tifgalop ships to the contiguous United States (excluding overseas territories) via FedEx. All orders are tax-free with no additional fees. In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days (unless otherwise noted on the product page). Estimated delivery time is 2 to 8 business days. All delivery dates provided by Tifgalop are estimates. For more shipping information, please email support@tifgalopbike.com; we will respond within 24 hours.
2. What is your warranty policy?
All Tifgalop e-bikes and scooters come with a one-year warranty, effective from the date you receive the product. This warranty covers malfunctions caused by defects in materials or workmanship (excluding free accessories). We will replace any parts damaged due to material or workmanship defects, including damage incurred during shipping. We recommend contacting us at support@tifgalopbike.com before submitting a warranty claim.
3. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day exchange policy. If the product is defective or damaged, please send photos or videos of the damaged parts to our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. We will replace the damaged parts or provide appropriate compensation. We cover return shipping costs for returns due to product quality issues; however, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the return is for reasons unrelated to product quality.
4. Do you offer local pickup?
We do not currently offer local pickup, as all orders are shipped directly from our central warehouse.
5. How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
It typically takes 4 to 6 hours.
7. How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Generally, orders ship within 2 business days of placement, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 8 business days.
8. Do Tifgalop e-bikes come pre-assembled?
The main body of the e-bike comes pre-assembled, but components such as the handlebars and seat require assembly by the customer. The installation process is very simple; please refer to our assembly instructions for the specific steps.
