For non-quality issues, customer may ask for product replacement or return within 14 days after receiving it. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of $180. Tifgalop will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.

Utilizing the newly developed 18650 battery cells from Samsung SDI, each lithium-ion single cell measures 18mm in diameter and 65mm in length, combining to form a 60V38Ah configuration. Tifgalop provides shipping within the Continental United States (Except in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).We provide local pickup and UPS, USPS, FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. What's your warranty policy?
All Tifgalop bikes carry a 180 days warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and\/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and\/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you first contact us at support@tifgalopbike.com.
What's your return and refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.You can always contact us for any return questions at support@tifgalopbike.com.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
It will take 12-15 hours. You can use two chargers to charge at the same time and the time will be shortened.

I work at a high school and I got this scooter to get alround and believe me it is awesome Kids see me fighting trow the parking lots. The battery holds a pretty good charge. If you think about getting one it is awesome I tell you you will not regret it it is very heavy though.
At first my wife told me that she never will use this but when I went to work and came back she wasn’t home and some very late…
She afraid ride a car and I decided that electric scooter it will be more safe for her and not dangerous.
She is looking for motorcycle protective stuff now and even don’t have time to cook food ))))
Anyway scooter is amazing
Bought this for my hubby, now we’ve got a second on the way! I’m not giving up my euc, but with this I can keep up with him. lol my ONLY complaint is that the shipping process takes too long. I actually considered driving to Cali to get my scooter.
