Tifgalop provides shipping within the Continental United States (Except in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).We provide local pickup and UPS, USPS, FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. What's your warranty policy?
All Tifgalop bikes carry a 180 days warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and\/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and\/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you first contact us at support@tifgalopbike.com.
What's your return and refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.You can always contact us for any return questions at support@tifgalopbike.com.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
It will take 12-15 hours. You can use two chargers to charge at the same time and the time will be shortened.
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?

I got my scooter delivered in just 2 days right after I ordered it. The scooter is heavy just to keep it mind.
I drove it for 2 days to work with 20 miles for the round trip. I get to work 10 minutes earlier compared to when I drive with my car.
I only need to charge it once every 2 days with around 40 miles range because I use it on very fast mode.
If you use it on medium mode, you can easily get around 60 miles.
I never thought I needed the scooter until I got one.
I would buy another one from them very soon.

I've been looking for a little fun for my commute and this was an obvious choice. This scooter has spent a lot of time with me traveling through a lot of places and scenery. Looks like I need to be in mode two and have dual and turbo active (no indicator on user panels) .
My question is how to tell how many miles left?
Doe I wait till 1/2 0f volts used between 64 and 50 to start my ride back?
now at 63.x volts, only two miles away?
Issues:
1. No display of power/miles left countdown?
2. Seat design very scetchy. Old seat design has already slipped back/down. The bracked has been tightened so much, affraid to strip it?
Whats up with that?
Other than that, ride is smooth and peppy, in Los Angeles roads and traffic keeps up well.
So yes, great scooter, but improvement needed in seat bracket desighn and information regarding miles left on display.
Gets me to and back no problem best thing I ever bought very fun fash and durable love the lights at night i weigh 195 lbs and git it up to 55+ has fit all my needs
