Bike/Scooter Returns:

Tifgalop.net orders can be returned within 14 days after receipt, you can apply for a return refund service, you need to bear the return shipping fee;

1. The returned goods must be in a brand new, unused, undamaged, uninstalled or un-disassembled state. We do not support the return of used items.
2. The returned goods require the customer to provide a picture and pass the return verification
3. The returned goods must be safely packed in the original packaging together with all accessories and parts.
4.The return policy only applies to goods purchased directly from the Tifgalop website.

Please Note:

1. For returns with non-quality problems, the return shipping fee will be borne by you, and we will charge the actual shipping fee for the shipment.
2.Returns or cash on delivery that are not authorized by the seller will be rejected.
3. After your return request is approved, please return the product to the address provided in the email instead of the receiving address on the courier slip.Please contact our customer service support@tifgalopbike.com get the specific return address.
4.After Tifgalop agrees to your return request, please send the product back within 5 days and provide the tracking number and tracking query link to Tifgalop.Otherwise, the request will be treated as expired.

The product has not been delivered, cancel the order
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order; we cannot guarantee that your order cancellation request will arrive at the shipping warehouse in time to stop shipping, so please notify us of your cancellation request as soon as possible.

Unshipped (shipments are usually processed within 24 hours.)-If it is not shipped after purchase, it can be cancelled for free

 

Battery Returns:
1.All battery purchases are FINAL sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on batteries except for what is explicitly covered by our warranty, and only after receiving our approval for the replacement.
2.If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
3.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Accessory Returns:
1.Accessory model numbers should be confirmed before purchase.
All accessories are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges of accessories.
2.We do not accept returns or exchanges of accessories due to the customer's own reasons, unless the accessories are damaged due to quality issues.
3.Please provide evidence to prove the quality problem of the accessories within 7 days of receiving the goods
