Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@tifgalopbike.com after placing your order. If your order is canceled before shipping, we do not charge a handling fee. If the order has been shipped, a $180 processing fee will be deducted. Detailed handling fees for other products are as follows:

 

 

 

Exchange

Before Shipping

 

Free replacement for products of the same price. If you want to change to a different model, you will be responsible for the difference in price between products.

 

 

 

Shipped but not received

 

If the package has been successfully sent can not be exchanged.

 

 

 

Delivered(We only accept exchanges within 14 days)

 

Make sure the bike is unused, free from dirt, dust, and odor-free. It should be in the original package and condition when you received it.

 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of

 

$180 for the bike

 

$30 for the accessories

 

$80 for the battery

 

If you want to change to a different model, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of $180 and the difference in price between products.

 

Returns

After your E-bike is delivered, you can start a return process within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after 15 days. Before starting a return process, the customer needs to contact support@tifgalopbike.com to get approval for the return. We will not accept returns without permission from TIFGALOP.

 

Refused

 

$180 WILL BE CHARGED if Customers refuse to accept the package.

 

Unused Items

 

To start a return, make sure the bike is unused, free from dirt, dust, and odor-free. It should be in the original package and condition when you received it.

 

The shipping label will be provided by TIFGALOPbike, please do not ship them by yourself before receiving the shipping label.

 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of $180.

 

Used Items

 

We do not accept any returns on used items, except few rare EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction.

 

Damages and issues

 

If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 7 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.

 

In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Used goods, batteries, special orders, sale items, gift cards, and gift orders will not be accepted, except in extreme cases of breakage/malfunction covered under our warranty.

NOTICE:

 

If your return or exchange request is approved by TIFGALOP, you may receive a new product or a refund. The shipping label will be provided by TIFGALOP, please do not ship them by yourself before receiving the shipping label.

 

Please send us a notification with the tracking number after returning any items. Once we receive your return, we will either replace the item with a new product or refund your money. This will be processed in 2 business days. If the returned items do not match the given requirements above, we will not accept the return. We will send it back to you immediately with notifications. Please be aware, that restocking fees may apply to unauthorized(25%) returns.

 

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

 

After this time, the refund time frame within 10 business days

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
