Bike/Scooter Returns:

We stand by the quality of our products and do not accept returns on used or opened items. Proof of unopened items will need to be verified with photos and submitted to our Customer Support team within 14 days of delivery.
TIFGALOP will provide you with further instructions if the return is approved. Once the item is received and passes inspection, TIFGALOP Will Issue a full refund. If it is not a product quality problem, the customer must bear the shipping cost for any return.All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Battery Returns:

All battery purchases are FINAL sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on batteries except for what is explicitly covered by our warranty, and only after receiving our approval for the replacement.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


Accessory Returns:

Accessory model numbers should be confirmed before purchase.
All accessories are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges of accessories

We do not accept returns or exchanges of accessories due to the customer's own reasons, unless the accessories are damaged due to quality issues.

Please provide evidence to prove the quality problem of the accessories within 7 days of receiving the goods

If the item received is damaged or incorrect due to our reason, we can provide exchange and return service, and the consumer does not need to bear the shipping cost for this.
