Are electric scooters allowed to be ridden on USA roads?
Our electric scooters are more suitable for wilderness riding. Customers are not recommended to ride on city roads. If you need to ride on city roads, please turn off the power or keep the speed at 25 km\/h.
What is your shipping policy?
Tifgalop offers shipping within the United States (excluding islands). We ship via FedEx. There are no taxes or fees. In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please allow 2-8 business days for shipping. All shipping dates provided by Tifgalop are estimates. For more shipping information, please email support@tifgalopbike.com. We will contact you within 24 hours.
What is your warranty policy?
All Tifgalop e-bikes and e-scooters are covered by a one-year warranty from the date you receive the product, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship (excluding all free accessories). We will replace any parts that are defective or damaged in materials and workmanship (including damage incurred during shipping). We recommend that you contact us at support@tifgalopbike.com before filing a warranty claim.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day exchange policy. If the product is defective or damaged, please send photos or videos of the damage to customer service within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will replace or compensate for the damaged parts. We will cover the return shipping costs; for returns due to non-quality issues, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
Do you support local self-pickup?
No, local self-pickup is not supported.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
It takes 6-10 hours. You can use two chargers simultaneously to shorten the charging time.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Normally, your order will be shipped within one business day after placing the order, and the package delivery time is approximately 2-8 business days.
Is my Tifgalop electric scooter or e-bike pre-assembled?

What is the max speed for each PAS level?
