Bought the scooter around 7 months ago. I use for going to work and if I have issues I contact the support team. They are great at helping figure out the issues. I would recommend this scooter to everyone getting into just on how much they want to be helpful in that regard. Brake parts are also fantastic. I have had to replace bent parts before jut from the road wear and they work like brand new. Worth the buy to have on hand.
