Tifgalop provides shipping within the Continental United States (Except in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).We provide local pickup and UPS, USPS, FedEx shipping services. No tax is needed. We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES.In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. What's your warranty policy?
All Tifgalop bikes carry a 180 days warranty from the date of receipt of the bike for manufacturing defects in materials and\/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in materials and\/or workmanship( including the damage in the processing of shipment).Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you first contact us at support@tifgalopbike.com.
What's your return and refund policy?
We provide exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, Send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days after receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will cover the return (exchange) shipping costs.In the case of non-quality returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.You can always contact us for any return questions at support@tifgalopbike.com.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
It will take 12-15 hours. You can use two chargers to charge at the same time and the time will be shortened.

I was a little skeptical at first when looking for a scooter. The customer service and delivery was excellent. The scooter is a little rocket. It's crazy fast and so much fun to ride. No regrets!

So I bought this second hand. I have had a few scooter that say "top speed 28mph" that's a lie. They would go maybe 20mph. This say max speed 28mph and I've gotten up to 62mph until I had to slow down. She had more to give. I'm 5'9 200lb. Now the first day I rode it I was trying ro show off and ended up breaking my clavicle. I'm healing and working on it now because I can not wait to get back on it!!! Totally worth it. So much fun and the best part is seeing people laugh when they see a full grown adult on a scooter with racing gear on at the stop sign. Then you smile. Hit duel motor. Lean foward and blow their doors off.

Bought a T88 and was delivered free in just few days. I'm an oversized rider, 6'$' and 290+ lbs, and this scooter has NO issues handling my size and weight. When in duel motor mode I can climb hills with very little loss of power and on flat ground I have been up to 45mph. It handles well and Its well built/engineered and looks cool AF at night with lights on. Decent brakes too. The assembly instructions suck, that's my only complaint but overall very happy with my purchase.
