FAQs
1. Can electric scooters be ridden on public roads in the U.S.?
Our electric scooters are better suited for off-road terrain. We do not recommend that customers ride them on urban public roads. If you do need to ride on public roads, please turn off the power or limit your speed to under 25 km/h.
2. What is your shipping policy?
Tifgalop offers shipping services within the continental United States (excluding offshore territories). We ship via FedEx. All orders are tax-free and incur no additional fees. In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Please allow 2 to 8 business days for delivery. All delivery dates provided by Tifgalop are estimated times. For more shipping information, please email support@tifgalopbike.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
3. What is your warranty policy?
All Tifgalop electric bikes and scooters come with a one-year warranty, effective from the date you receive the product. This warranty covers malfunctions caused by defects in materials or workmanship (excluding all free accessories). We will replace any parts damaged due to defects in materials or workmanship, including damage sustained during shipping. We recommend contacting us at support@tifgalopbike.com before submitting a warranty claim.
4. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day exchange service. If a product is defective or damaged, please send photos or videos of the damaged parts to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the shipment. We will replace the damaged parts or provide appropriate compensation. For returns due to product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs; however, if a return is requested for reasons unrelated to product quality, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Do you offer local pickup?
We currently do not offer local pickup services, as all orders are shipped directly from our centralized warehouses.
6. How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
It typically takes 6 to 8 hours. You can also use two chargers simultaneously to cut the charging time in half.
7. How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Typically, your order will be shipped within 2 business days of being placed, and the package delivery time is approximately 2 to 8 business days.
8. Does my Tifgalop electric scooter or e-bike come pre-assembled?
The main body of the electric scooter comes pre-assembled; however, components such as the handlebars and seat require manual installation. The installation process is very simple; please follow our assembly instructions for specific details.
9. What are the maximum speeds corresponding to each level of the PAS (Pedal Assist System)?
PAS1: Max speed 8 km/h; PAS2: Max speed 15 km/h; PAS3: Max speed 25 km/h. If you wish to remove the speed limit, please contact Customer Service at: support@tifgalopbike.com
