🔋 Important Notes for Battery Purchase

1. Processing & Shipping: This is a high-value, made-to-order item and is not kept in stock. After your order is placed, it takes approximately 7 business days to custom-build your battery before it can be dispatched.

2. International Shipping Time: The battery ships from China. Delivery to the U.S. typically takes an additional 10-15 business days after dispatch. Please note this is an estimate and may be affected by holidays or customs inspection.

3. Return Policy: Due to the nature of battery products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once shipped, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address, name, and phone number carefully when ordering. We cannot be held responsible for failed delivery or loss resulting from incorrect information provided.

5. Model Compatibility (Very Important): This battery is exclusively compatible with the Tifgalop T108 model scooter. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for compatibility issues resulting from ordering the wrong model.

1: It is prohibited to disassemble the battery in any way.
2: It is prohibited to hit, throw or subject the battery to mechanical shock.
3: Do not connect the battery to the wrong electrode in the charger or equipment.
4: Do not mix with other types of batteries.
5: Do not immerse the battery in water, do not place it near or in a fire
6: Place the battery out of reach of children.
7: Do not use the battery if it emits a peculiar smell, becomes hot, deforms, discolors, or has any other abnormality.
8: Leaked electrolyte may cause fire or explosion.
9: If the electrolyte enters your eyes after battery leakage, do not rub it, flush it with water and seek medical assistance immediately.
10: If the battery leaks and the electrolyte gets on your skin or clothes, wash the affected area immediately with running water.
11: If the device is not used for a long time, take out the battery and place it in a cool, dry place, otherwise, the battery may rust or deteriorate.
